If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works: Eligibility for Returns - Unopened and unused full-size fragrances in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. - Exchanges for the same item (if available) are accepted within 30 days of delivery. - Opened, used, or sampled fragrance bottles and scent samples are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned. Gift cards and certain promotional items are also final sale. Defective or Incorrect Items - If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cyndyscents.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
